VT group is the owner of Merlin Communications, the privatized arm of the BBC World Service transmitter operation. The BBC still owns the transmitters, but Merlin-VT-Babcock operates them.
The reason I bothered to post this is that it shows how the activity of creating and branding programming is increasingly being separated from the actual transmission of that programming.
