The broadcast on ERA5, The Voice of Greece, takes us to the carnivals of
Greece. The Triodio opened with a period of joy, fun, and revelry. Imaginative
carnivals and colorful traditions are starting to flood the streets in every
town and village of Greece. From the classic parade of Patras to the
Renaissance Carnival of Rethymnon and Yannitsaros and Boules of Naousa, and the
revival of ancient Greek rituals, Halloween in Greece is not at all monotonous.
All this will be explored by Nota Hadjianastassiou on the program "Traveling
With Art" on Monday, February 28, at 13.05 Greece Time (1105 UT) on ERA5 "The
Voice of Greece" on short-wave radio on 9420 and 15650 kHz and Live Internet
Radio.
