The BBC World Service has been synonymous with Bush House for 70 years, but on 
12 July the news is broadcast from the building for the last time. Here Bogdan 
Frymorgen and Emma Crowe bid farewell in sound and pictures. Below, Anna 
Horsbrugh-Porter talks to a producer who first heard the BBC in a Soviet labour 
camp, and recalls letters from African listeners addressed to The Queen, c/o 
Bush House.
