Neither do Reciva or any other aggregator I am aware of unless it is their own product.
However, TuneIn does control what happens with their apps and it’s clear they have issues and are struggling to get it worked out with the BBC. You need to think of them as a DNS (domain name server, i.e., a "lookup") for content.
