A quick check of the Doha, Qatar Kiwi SDR at ~2010 UTC found a just-barely-audible signal on 9740 kHz, the frequency dedicated for these services at this time. Couldn't discern above the QRM/QRN if this was adjacent-channel interference, Japanese spoken word, or something different.
