Hi Anjali,
the swtbot-dev list is the recommended way to get in touch with the
project team. In general for Open-Source stuff, you should avoid direct
mailing to contributors.
I've not looked deep into the issue, but it could be a small bug in the
Finder code. SWTBot is not that complicated to contribute to, maybe you
could have a look at the code and find out the cause and solution. Here
is a place where you can get some help with contribution:

Just get the SWTBot sources in your IDE and use them while running your
tests instead of the bundles in your target-platform and it should be a
nice start to debug that.
