Since the screenshot shows the widget, i'd say that it should not be a
timeout or focus issue. Of course, i could be mistaken.
If you have ssh access to the hudson server and use Xvnc, then you can
try to connect with a vncviewer to see what's happening.
You can also just give a try to a bigger timeout and see if this helps.
