You need not build stuff from the command line. You can build all the  
plugins by clicking on "Export wizard" on the "overview" tab by  
opening net.sf.swtbot.eclipse/feature.xml.

I've updated the readme.txt in the net.sf.swtbot.build project, in  
case you want to build from source.
