I once stubled upon that Ant file in the Eclipse test package.
With some modification the org.rcpmail client now starts. But after a while I
get this:
[java] Could not connect to: : 2724
[java] java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
[java] at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)

Check library.xml from the .headless plugin. It's hacked from the pde
build scripts.
