Ahh that makes sense then. The main difference was with bracket link's in a heading. It's fixed in wikispot. I'm curious to see the fix because I DIY'd it but it's not all that elegant. I'm a python newb but I love it so far. I should be able to pick it up pretty quickly. Also, are the archives for this list available. This page[1] appears to be broken.
