This evening I started an "sqlite" branch. This code adds support for the
SQLite database. This means that, with python 2.5, we can run Sycamore out
of the box without any configuration of a database needed. This brings the
requirements down to simply python 2.5 and the python imaging library.

The code should be working, but I haven't tested it much. I'm going to keep
it in a branch until other "self-contained" improvements can be added:
   * Cleaning up config file
   * Changing docs to reflect the easier sqlite setup
   * Fixing docs up a bit in general

SQLite is not suitable for a large wiki, but should be more than sufficient
for most small installs.
