Just a final reminder that the day-long workshop on social theory, aimed primarily at honours and graduate students in the social sciences and humanities, is going ahead this Friday (10th) in Rm LG19 of the JOHN GOODSELL BUILDING, UPPER CAMPUS, UNSW, 10 am to 5 pm. The workshop will feature a panel discussion of my book, 'The Trouble with Theory' and Professor Philip Bell's book, 'Confronting Theory' in the morning, and a series of thematic roundtables of students and academics in the afternoon.
