*Screening of "The Final Quarter" followed by a panel discussion.*

Drawing on events surrounding the sustained booing of Adam Goodes in the
Australian Football League 2013 and 2014 seasons, this free, NAIDOC Week
event will be held as part of the Centenary Conference of the Australasian

The event involves a screening of *Ian Darling’s* masterful documentary, *“The
Final Quarter”*, followed by a three-person panel, to discuss the history
and contemporary nature of racism in Australian sport and public life. *Rob
Wilson*, University of Western Australia, will chair the discussion.

Panel members:
*Angela Burt*, Director, Indigenous Leadership, Richmond Football Club
*Barry Judd*, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous), University of Melbourne
*Louise Richardson-Self*, University of Tasmania

All are welcome to attend this free, ticketed event, but space is limited.
