Do you mean in the web debug toolbar? I think that this call to htmlentities should be removed altogether and replaced by htmlspecialchars which is encoding independent.
In fact i think that all the calls to htmlentities should be replaced by htmlspecialchars, unless there is a good reason for using entities. Is there one?
