Ok, I just found out that the SF_ROOT_DIR/symfony "binary" is not working that way. Actually it's kinda odd that the symfony tool relies on config/ config.php but well ...
Where should I define application independent project configuration? I'm thinking of paths to linux binaries that are the same for all apps in one project. Is there a standardized way to define global project config stuff (using sfConfig)?
