Hello list!

I've several open tickets:
http://trac.symfony-project.com/trac/query?status=new&status=assigned&status=reopened&reporter=Serg.Kalachev&order=priority

I've a special folder named '_changes_to_symfony' with modified
symfony files.
Everytime after upgrade to lastest version I've to manualy check new
files and apply saved changes.
Brrr...

Please, someone tell me, about new ticket workflow ?
When ticket become Accepted ? Who can make it Ready for Core Team ?
What can I do else to close them as quick as possible ?

Or may be it's specific to my projects ONLY? May be nobody need such
changes ??
