hi all,

I've been working a lot with symfony plugins lately. almost all of
them include modules.

sometimes it happens that the provided module's templates don't suit the user.
I was wondering if it is possible to implement a kind of template
override which allows the user to create an app module with the same
name as the enabled one only including a template dir and a config dir
overriding the plugins?

templates not existing in this folder should be read from the plugin.

I already implemented something like that for a client but in a very
stripped down version and based on symfony 1.0. frankly to locate all
the places I had to change for that was a big pain. now I hope for the
new version 1.1 to improve the code in that respect.

I would be glad to contribute to such a feature enhancement and I
would like to ask all of you if such a feature is needed?
