This is no a bug in symfony. Propel/Creole 1.2 does not use PDO.  If you 
want to use sqlite support, you're going to need the built in sqlite 
support in PHP, or use sfPropel 1.3, or Doctrine.

I don't *really* consider this a bug in Fedora either, PDO support in 
the way that creole uses it has long since been outdated by PDO.

So, whilst it's not waht you want to hear,  I dont' think it's something 
that's going to be fixed by Fedora or Symfony.
