The symfony coding standards are located there.  To my knowledge (at least
from watching the screencasts a while ago), the core developers at Sensio
use an editor that's bundled with Macs.  I don't have a Mac, and I'm not
familiar with the tools available for Mac users, so I can't be sure.  I'm
fairly sure they don't use Eclipse, though.
