Oops.. did you fix this in the sfDoctrinePlugin? If yes, could you point me to the changeset? Actually I'm working with a local "fork" of the sfDoctrinePlugin 1.1 as I needed to integrate some support for class based schemas and I'm about to add support for the new form system. So.. I'm afraid this could be the reason of my bug here..
