I haven't checked the upgrade. But isn't this a bug?
Shouldn't the upgrade process take care of this?

Ok, found it myself. In the <PRJ>/config/autoload.yml i had to change

project_model:
  name:  project model
  path: %SF_MODEL_LIB_DIR%

into

project_model:
  name:  project model
  path: %SF_LIB_DIR%/model

to get it working.
