I would use sfDoctrinePlugin/branches/1.0-sf1.1 for now. It does not have any of the form generation tasks that the propel plugin has yet, but I am working on getting the next version of the plugin working in trunk, which will include all those new tasks. Trunk is working just as well as the 1.0-sf1.1 branch currently, but will be under dev. for the next week so I wouldn't use it.
