The Sensio hosting seems really temperamental - it goes down quite a lot usually at weekends when no one notices. For this reason I setup a mirror, which can be found http://symfony.pengus.net/ It it the first it on google for 'symfony mirror'. It's updated every 5 minutes, and my server is (I think) more reliable then the official one.
