Lucas,

I did the following with no problems:

1- I removed the plugin.
2- I installed the version 1.0.4 with this command:

php symfony plugin:install firesymfonyPlugin --release=1.0.4

3 - I tested the project, and I had the error that you reported.

4 - I upgraded with the following command:

php symfony plugin:upgrade firesymfonyPlugin
