Redhat's support of PHP is complete ridiculous. PHP 5.2.x has been
around for a long time and they still include 5.1.x?

The first thing I do on my servers when I install a new one is to
remove PHP rpms and install it from source code.

I don't think Symfony should limit itself due to the absurd releases of others.
