I am not 100% sure of what all the sfForm will be developed to, but if
you ever need to have truely custom forms that aren't able to be done
using the widgets provided, you can always drop back to writing a form
by hand, and handling the validation by hand too.  I'd really look
into the forms as they are really flexible and can handle a lot of the
custom requirements.
