My $.02: Support for common tasks: init admin, init module, init app, clear cache, build model, build form, etc.
Shorter snippets shortcuts. Seriously, the form tag helpers take as long to trigger as to just write them out. They save very little time. Drop tif, tforeach. They're already handled by the php bundle. The Symfony bundle just doesn't have a flow to it. I find myself only using getparam (that I'm probably going to rebind to ^P), tif/tfor/ tforeach, and sexecute. Everything else is just too cumbersome to use or outright missing.
