Hey guys,

Since last night, the Phing svn repository is again failing. Given the
amount of times this has happened before, it's starting to get
annoying for many people. I'm noticing a buzz on IRC and twitter about
this, mostly from the symfony community.

Is there anything we can do to prevent this? Perhaps set up a svn
mirror of the Phing repository that we set as the external on the
propel plugin? Because this is getting a huge annoyance in the
community and I think something needs to be done.

Sincerely,

Stefan
