symfony 1.3 will be a natural evolution of 1.2 as it in same series(1.X).

I'm using it since july and never had a problem, most of code changes
are precise and as said before, natural.

A cross-line version will be sf2, it will be very different from 1.x series

so, no problem using 1.3 as base for tips, 90% of time 1.3 code will
be the same if done in 1.2
