Hello, I recently added someone as a packager for a plugin that I'm
lead on (sfAuthorizeNetCIMPlugin) and he's having trouble committing,
it's ending up with the following message:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: MKACTIVITY of '/!svn/act/b21b00fd-a541-4c1a-b2bc-081c969f69df':
authorization failed (https://svn.symfony-project.com)

If I configure someone as a packager via the plugin web ui, should I
expect that the SVN authentication stuff would also carry over? or am
I doing this totally wrong?

Thoughts?

Thanks,
-Dave
