This patch updates the WebTestCase class to work when running tests via
phpunit with the "-c" argument instead of "--configuration". Currently
WebTestCase looks for the "--configuration" parameter, but the testing
docs say to use "-c".
The existing code comments admit this is black magic - this patch just
extends the black magic a little.
