I don't think there's a existing example of grouping bundles within a
sub-dir of Bundle/, so you'll likely have problems with other things
beyond Doctrine, too.

If you'd like to organize third-party bundles (or their git submodule
references) in their own directory, I suggest creating another top-
level directory to place them in, such as VendorBundle/.  Just be sure
to add that to your autoload.php as well.
