I do not mind going Twig by default, but it would be nice to think about making 
it possible to use other template engines easily.

Usability out of the box should also be a focus.

Sure, if possible accessibility questions could also be addresses.

That being said, usability/design aspects can be done separately aka design/UX 
concerns shouldnt make anyone hesitant to work on this. Same if you are a 
designer/UX expert please start working on mockups/prototypes for a good admin 
generator interface.
