This weekend I have been working on a patch to make the mode value of mkdir
and created file an option. The original patch uses the kernel.config
directive however this is now deprecated so I need to fix that.

But now I don't know where to put this value. The only option will be to use
the web.config directive, which look odd to me.

Any idea ?
