I have another view on it, i think php should still be the "default"
template layer but the Documentation should state Twig as the
preferred choice for templates so the ones who wont use Twig still can
use plain PHP.
And to further reduce the usage level for Twig in sf2 i think the
":twig" extension in "SomeBundle:Controller:View:twig" should be
removed so when TwigBundle is enabled it should look for ".twig" files
and then fallback to ".php"
