Hi, Same problem here. I just upgraded to PR3 sandbox and changed some annotations of my entities to add the "orm:" prefix: http://pastebin.com/jDMhaFYp
With the new prefix, I get the "Class Application\CrexBundle\Entity \Message is not a valid entity or mapped super class." error. But if I remove the "orm:" prefix to get back to my PR2 code, it works.
