I've just realized that Thursday is a day off in France. So, I won't be
at the office, and so I won't be available for the meeting. Sorry about

Obviously for this week its a bit short notice and we will see how things will
play out. This is just a proposal and I welcome any input to improve the
process even before the meeting. I have also already added the actual process
as another point for discussion. If we talk about this topic is up to everybody
voting ..
