Well, not agreed.

You can have a CrudBundle which handle a 'kind' of admin generator, This bundle 
is a dependency to any bundles using this bundle. Now the CrudBundle can have a 
dependency to a jQueryBundle ... I don't see how DIC can solve the problem.

I really like to have a manifest file which explains :
 - how to install a bundle : (registering route, add configuration values)
 - list dependencies and how to retrieve them (git, svn)
 - defined licence and provide vendor information
