The idea from symfony2bundles.org is for the main rating to be done based on some metric's that should maintain themselves. You can see the code for the rating on the frontpage: http://symfony2bundles.org/ There is obviously still room for improvement here. Like it could run unit tests automatically. It could try to be smarter about seeing trends.
