I have trouble adding a bundle

http://localhost/sf2-pr5-10/web/app_dev.php/MiEjemplo
but the browser displays
Fatal error: Class 'MiEmpresa\MiEjemploBundle\MiEjemploBundle' not
found in /var/www/sf2-pr5-10/app/AppKernel.php on line 23
What remains to be set?
