Paging Ryan Weaver.  A few weeks ago, he added a more helpful message for
the web profiler's "intercept_redirects" behavior.

Provided it's never an error message that might leak out in a production app
(I suppose none should :), this can probably be done on a case by case basis
for the trickier things.  One risk is the explanations becoming outdated as
internals change, so it might be better to delay this until the developer
API is completely finalized.
