The decision was to not start any new topics, but that existing topics still
get discussed. Of course the decision could be to focus on other stuff. :)
And if you look at the PR, there is no need to focus on that other than
the merge (maybe with the XML namespace change as I'm not sure it has
been updated in the PR). The PR is a fully working implementation of the
bundle.
