My impression is that the directory structure is not the same as the name anyway - with or without Bundle suffix. So the only remaining factor is readability and und understandability. As Johannes said "it's not AcmeBlogBundle:PostController:showAction". So everybody who uses the path must know that which part of the reference means what. Otherwise he is confused anyway. So removing the Bundle suffix would just be consequent as the stuff which is redundant is left out (Bundle, Controller, Action).
