Well, it throws the Exception on certain error types. But if it's not the type that I passed inside it continues and the rest of the code works. So on all of the errors except NOTICE and WARNING this error handler will throw an exception and that is ok for me. But on NOTICES it will just send an email. That is the expected behavior.
