Hi,
I would like to commit some bug-fixes to the Symfony 1.x line but am
struggling with finding out just what is the preferred way of doing
so.
After having looked at both the old and new Symfony website I am even
more confused. The old site refers to the code in svn and AFAIK do not
provide any description of "the right way to commit code". The new
website has a pretty detailed description of the process though (and
refer to the code that is in Git).
Which repository is considered "authorative" for 1.x?
Also, are the steps at
http://symfony.com/doc/current/contributing/code/patches.html
considered correct for development on 1.x?
Hope to get some sort of confirmation.

The symfony.com website is entirely about Symfony 2
