Hi Benjamin,

what do you think about moving the LiipDoctrineCacheBundle and moving it to the 
Doctrine organization and making it a requirement for supporting metadata 
caching inside the ORM/ODM Bundles?

Furthermore we can expand the code inside the AbstractDoctrineExtension to also 
cover configuring the services.
Of course if you prefer to not require a DoctrineCacheBundle we could still 
provide some logic as part of the Bridge to reduce the redundant code.
