Hi,

I noticed that some pull requests (usually trivial) does not receive
any comments beyond travis bot.

I would like to suggest the following:
- if you review code and you have no objections - just leave
Reviewed-by: John Doe comment
- if you review code, you have no objections, you accept changes and
you are the author of modified code - leave Acked-by: John Doe comment

This way of reviewing the changes is used in Linux kernel development
process for many years (and works there).
