I have been known to post ideas and wait for others to implement them for me. 
But for this I think it needs someone that really drives this in a way that 
only happens if you make the idea your own, which doesnt really happen if 
someone hands you a blueprint. The bigger issue is that I fear the type of 
person that needs to lead this isnt a developer. So I would encourage anyone 
working at a company large enough to have dedicated people for marketing/sales 
to see if there is someone who can become excited about presenting Symfony2 
exactly to these kinds of people ..
