I'm trying to upgrade to symfony 1.0 from 0.6.3.
My databases.yml is this

propel:
class: sfPropelDatabase
param:
dsn: mysql://user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/mydb
encoding: utf8
persistent: true
Old strings of utf8 data in my database are not shown correctly. The
strings that I enter now are ok..
Please advise, what COULD BE wrong?
