I would be interested as well. As I'm my own boss and usually don't spend hundreds of euro's on conferences and such I would prefer to keep the price low.
Perhaps it could be organised similar to the Dutch Hackers events? I've been active in those (such as Hackers At Large or What the Hack) and it will cost not too much (around 150 euro for 3 a 4 days) and everybody is a volunteer and needs to help out.
